Northern Provincial Council member T. Raviharan has been arrested by Mullaitivu Police today (10).
Ada Derana reporter said that he was arrested for causing damages to public property and provoking unrest during a protest by fishermen in Mullaitivu on August 02.
Raviharan is a member of the Tamil National Alliance (TNA), representing Mullaitivu District in the Northern Provincial Council.
