A person had filed a complaint at the Ambalantota Police regarding a woman who perpetrates financial fraud while committing polygamy.
According to the youth who filed the complaint, the woman Dinesa Jayani Jayakody from Dankotuwa area, had married him and then gone into hiding with his money after one year into the marriage.
He also said that, he later found out that she was married to another person before marrying him, and also that she has two children.
Reportedly, the said woman also had close relations with a person in Italy, and commits financial fraud on young men saying that she will help them migrate to Italy by creating fake documents.
The person who filed the complaint says that the woman had disclosed to him that she will go to Italy.
The woman commits these crimes going by the names of Dinesa Jayani Jayakody and Rashmi Dissanayake, says the youth, and that her parents are also in support of her actions.
