A Nigerian national who was illegally staying in Sri Lanka without a valid Visa or a passport has been arrested by police in Maount Lavinia.
The 29-year-old suspect was arrested by Mount Lavinia Police, following an operation carried out based on information received.
He is to be produced at the Mount Lavinia Magistrate’s Court while police are conducting further investigations.
