Illegitimate loans obtained by the previous government is hindering the development process of the country, says Minister of Health Rajitha Senaratne.
The debt the government has to pay off next year is very high, pointed out the Minister.
Senaratne expressed these views while attending a function held in Nuwara Eliya.
