Only the incumbent President Maithripala Sirisena can appoint the former President Mahinda Rajapaksa as the Prime Minister, says United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) MP Dilan Perera.
This is the only way to appoint Mahinda Rajapaksa as the next Prime Minister prior to an upcoming election.
He stated this addressing a public meeting in Badulla.
