Four arrested for possession of drugs

Western Province-North Crimes Division has apprehended two persons for the possession of the drug ‘Ice’.

 

Police have seized 425 mg of Ice on the two suspects arrested in Dutugemunu Road in Peliyagoda, stated the police.

 

Reportedly, the arrested suspects are residents of Angoda and Colombo 09 areas.

 

Meanwhile, two including a woman have been arrested in Borella and Moratuwella over the charge of keeping heroin.

 

According to the police, there had been over 36 g of heroin in the possession of the arrestees.
