Confident that defense authorities will alleviate the situation - ACJU

Chairman of the All Ceylon Jamiyyathul Ulama (ACJU) M. I. M. Rizwi (Mufthi) has requested all Muslims in the country to act not to react based on emotions and to act as the Cardinal had previously requested all communities.
He requests all Muslims to come out with their qualities during this Ramadan season and to alleviate the situation.
He says that Muslims, especially youngsters, have to be very patient and to work together during these tense times.
He further said that they have total confidence that the defense authorities would assuage the situation.
He mentioned this after a meeting with the Archbishop Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith following the tense situation in Negombo.
