Australia won the toss and sent Sri Lanka in to bat in the second Twenty20 cricket international at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Monday.
Both teams made one change to their lineups from the game which Sri Lanka won in Sydney on Saturday.
Fast bowler James Faulkner replaced Ben Cutting in Australia’s team, for his second Twenty20 international appearance, while off-spinner Akila Dananjaya was named by Sri Lanka in place of the injured Lahiru Thirimanne.
