Lankan students still in China wishing to return urged to inform Embassy immediately

As the novel coronavirus continues to claim more lives, local students in China have been urged to notify the Sri Lankan Embassy in Beijing without delay if they wish to return to the island.
Chargé D’Affaires of the Embassy, Mr. K.K. Yoganathan stated that more than 700 Sri Lankan students have already left mainland China.
He advised the Sri Lankan students who are still residing in the virus-hit country for their academics to closely follow the instructions given by health authorities.
The novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) has already killed more than 720 people, including a few from the Philippines, Japan and the United States.
