Applications to be called online for all exams from 2020

The Department of Examinations has made preparations to call applications online for all exams starting from this year.
Accordingly, every student will be given an exclusive student number, the Commissioner General of Examinations Mr. Sanath Pujitha said.
Through this student number, the exam results of students as well as the extracurricular activities entered into the database can be easily accessed.
In the meantime, the Department of Examinations yesterday (12) stated that attention has been drawn to permitting non-programmable calculators to be used during exams for the following subjects at Advanced Level examination: accountancy, bio system technology, engineering technology and technology for science.
