Man caught delivering cash to ‘Wele Suda’ and ‘Mohamed Siyam’ in prison

A person who visited the Boose prison has been arrested with a suspiciously large quantity of cash on him, stated the police Special Task Force (STF).

 

Allegedly, the money had been brought to pass on to the currently-imprisoned underworld figures ‘Wele Suda’ and ‘Mohamed Siyam’.

 

The arrest had been made at the entrance of the Prison based on a tip-off received by Boossa Prison officials.

 

Reportedly, Rs 150,000 worth cash has been found on the suspect.

 

The arrested suspect has been handed over to the Rathmalgama Police for further inspection.
