Coronavirus cases in Sri Lanka at 706

One more case is added to the number of coronavirus infections reported within the country, with a patient testing positive for COVID-19 a short while ago.

 

Accordingly, the tally of total COVID-19 cases in Sri Lanka is at 706.

 

Meanwhile, the number of recoveries reported in the country soared to 182 with ten more patients being discharged today (03) upon complete recovery.

 

Currently, 517 active cases are under medical care at hospitals across the island.

 

Seven COVID- 19 patients in the country have succumbed to the virus.
