12-hour water cut in parts of Gampaha District

The National Water Supply and Drainage Board says that a 12-hour water cut will be imposed in parts of Gampaha District from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. tomorrow (18).
Accordingly the water supply to Welisara, Mahabage, Mabola, Kandana, Nagoda, Kerawalapitiya industrial estate, Dikkowita and Dikkowita fisheries harbor area, Bopitiya, Pamunugama and Uswetakeiyawa areas will be suspended during the time period.
The water cut is being imposed for maintenance activities of the Kelani River Southern Bank water project, the Water Board said.
