Sri Lanka’s coronavirus recoveries crosses 7,000 mark

The Ministry of Health says that another 563 coronavirus patients have been discharged from hospitals after recovering from the virus.

 

This increases the total number of Covid-19 recoveries in Sri Lanka thus far to 7,186.

 

324 of the patients discharged today are from the Punanai treatment centre, 52 are from Neville Fernando Hospital, 25 from Kathankudy Hospital, 23 from Hambanthota District General Hospital, 16 from IDH and 16 from Rambukkana Hospital.

 

Meanwhile patients have also been discharged from Welikanda Base Hospital (07), Iranawila Hospital (07), Minuwangoda Base Hospital (03), Colombo East Base Hospital (15), Kamburugamuwa Hospital (02), Theldeniya Base Hospital (03), Homagama Hospital (04), Galgamuwa Hospital (04), Laggala Pallegama Hospital (01), Abanpola Hospital (11), Ingiriya Hospital (05), Kosgama Hospital (02), Dankotuwa Hospital (04), Divulapitiya Hospital (01), Muruthankerny Hospital (04), Radawana Hospital (07), Ichchilampattu Hospital (06), Palamune Hospital (11), Bandaragama Hospital (03), Gallela treatment centre (02), Rehabilitation centre Ampara (02) and Bingiriya treatment centre (03).
