Office trains to operate from tomorrow; no stops at isolated areas

Sri Lanka Railways has decided to operate office trains from tomorrow (November 09) onwards, under COVID-19 prevention guidelines issued by health sectors.

 

However, these trains will not stop at police divisions that have been declared isolated areas.

 

Accordingly, the office trains will not stop at the following railway stations:

 

Main Line:

 

-Dematagoda Railway Sub-Station
-Kelaniya Railway Station
-Wanawasala Railway Sub-Station
-Ederamulla Railway Sub-Station
-Horape Railway Sub-Station
-Ragama Railway Station
-Walpotha Railway Sub-Station
-Batuwatta Railway Sub-Station

 

Puttalam Line:

 

-Peralanda Railway Sub-Station
-Ja-Ela Railway Station
-Thudella Railway Sub-Station
-Kudahakapola Railway Sub-Station
-Kurana Railway Station
-Negombo Railway Station
-Kattuwa Railway Sub-Station

 

Coastal Line:

 

-Panadura Railway Station
-Pinwatte Railway Sub-Station

 

Kelani Valley Line:

 

-Baseline Railway Station
-Cotta Road Railway Sub-Station

 

Northern Line:

 

-Kurunegala Railway Station
