Committee on Parliamentary Business to meet today

The Committee on Parliamentary Business is scheduled to meet at 2.00 pm this afternoon (November 09).
Accordingly, all members of the Parliament who represent the Committee have been requested to attend the meeting.
The meeting is to be chaired by Speaker of the Parliament Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena.
Reportedly, the meeting is to discuss the Budget which is to be presented at the parliament on November 17.
The meeting will also decide on the duration of the budget debate, in the view of the prevailing health situation.
