Richmond College has become the champions of 114th “Lovers’ Quarrel” beating Mahinda College by six wickets.

The annual cricket battle between Richmond College, Galle and Mahinda College, Galle was held over 2 days – 15th and 16th March – at The Galle International Cricket Stadium.

Richmond College, led by Thaveesha Abishek, scored 144 in the first innings and Mahinda replied with 197.

Mahinda College declared their second innings for 161 to 9 while Richmond College reached the target at the loss of 4 wickets.
