Power supply to the areas affected by the breakdown at the grid substation earlier today has been restored, the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) says.
A power interruption was reported in Athurugiriya and surrounding areas this afternoon (April 29) due to a breakdown at the Athurugiriya grid substation.
The CEB initiated measures to restore the power supply soon after the power interruption occurred.
