Beruwala Fisheries Harbor security guard found dead

The body of a man has been found floating near the berthing basin of the Beruwala Fisheries Harbour.
It was reported that the deceased, who was employed as a guard at the harbor, had died after falling into the water.
The man had reported for duty last night (13), but was later found dead.
The deceased individual has been identified as a 57-year-old resident of the Maggona area.
Beruwala Police is conducting further investigations regarding the incident.
