Court order issued on Directors of ‘OnmaxDT’

Colombo Chief Magistrate Thilina Gamage today ordered the Directors of ‘OnmaxDT’ - a private firm believed to have been operating a pyramid scheme, to prepare and submit to the court a process to pay back the investors who have invested money in the company.
When this plaint was taken up at court today (02), the four Directors of OnmaxDT who were released on bail recently also appeared before the court.
The Chief Magistrate issued this order after considering the facts presented before the court today, Ada Derana reporter said.
