The Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court has issued notice to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to present facts tomorrow (04) regarding a motion filed on behalf of Former Director of the State Intelligence Service (SIS), Major General (Retired) Suresh Sallay, who has been named as the third suspect in the investigation into the Easter Sunday terrorist attacks.

The order was issued by Colombo Fort Magistrate Pasan Amarasena when the case was called before court today, said Ada Derana reporter.
