Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) says it has hit US bases in Bahrain and Kuwait as part of its second and third phases of retaliatory operations.

Kuwait

The IRGC claimed to have destroyed a Patriot air defence system and fuel tanks at the US base in Ali Al-Salem.

They also claimed to have destroyed a radar system at the Ahmad Al-Jaber base.

Bahrain

In a statement, the IRGC said it had destroyed the US Army's drone command and control centre at the American base in Sheikh Isa, Bahrain.

They added that as part of the second phase of their operation, they targeted helicopter maintenance and repair centres and the P-8 aircraft hangar at the same base.

The force had previously claimed to have struck the Prince Hassan Air Base in Jordan with missiles and drones as part of its first phase.
