Decision on proceeding with petition seeking to postpone A/L exam on July 23

The Court of Appeal today (16) announced that its decision on whether to grant leave to proceed with a petition filed seeking an order to postpone the upcoming 2026 G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examination, would be delivered on July 23, 2026.
The petition was filed by a group of students who are preparing to sit for the eamination scheduled to sit the examination.
After considering submissions made by the petitioners and the Attorney General’s Department, the Court of Appeal bench decided to deliver its decision on July 23.
