A few showers will occur in the Western, Sabaragamuwa and North-Western provinces and in Galle and Matara districts today (25), the Department of Meteorology stated.
Mainly dry weather will prevail over the other areas of the island, it said.
Fairly strong winds of about 30-40 kmph can be expected at times over the Northern and North-Central provinces and in Hambantota, Trincomalee and Puttalam districts.
