Hotel owner injured in Habarakada shooting
A hotel owner has sustained injuries in a shooting incident on Seelalankara Mawatha in Habarakada, within the Athurugiriya Police Division, police said.
The victim, according to initial reports, is a relative of “Dubai Kasun,” who is alleged to be a member of an organized criminal gang.
The injured individual has been admitted to the Homagama Base Hospital for treatment.
The Athurugiriya Police have launched an investigation into the shooting and are conducting further inquiries to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
