Appeals Court to deliver decision on Dilith Jayaweera’s writ petition on Sep. 30
The Court of Appeal announced that its order on the writ petition filed by Member of Parliament Dilith Jayaweera, seeking an order to invalidate the complaint filed against him before the Fort Magistrate’s Court alleging contempt of court, will be delivered on September 30.
The court issued this order today after considering the petition before a three-judge bench headed by the President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Rohantha Abeysuriya, said Ada Derana reporter.
