Suriya’s Vishwanath & Sons continues to make a strong impact on Netflix, maintaining impressive momentum since its pan-Indian digital premiere.

The film began streaming on September 11, 2026, and recorded 5.5 million views during its first three days, according to Netflix’s tracking data for the September 7 to 13 week.

The latest weekly figures have now brought another major milestone for the film. Vishwanath & Sons has climbed from third place to No. 1 among Netflix’s Non-English films, registering an additional 5.8 million views between September 14 and 20.

With 5.8 million views added in its second tracking week, the film has accumulated 11.3 million views within its first 10 days on the streaming platform. The numbers indicate that the Suriya starrer has continued to attract viewers well beyond its initial three-day streaming window.

The film also enjoyed a successful theatrical run before making its digital debut. The makers have claimed a Rs. 240 crore worldwide gross, adding to the film’s overall commercial performance.

Directed by Venky Atluri, Vishwanath & Sons stars Suriya and Mamitha Baiju in the lead roles. The film is produced by Sithara Entertainments.

With its latest Netflix numbers taking it to the top of the Non-English films chart, Vishwanath & Sons continues its impressive digital run, further extending the reach of the film beyond its theatrical journey.
