Another woman dies following Baddegama shooting
The second woman who was receiving treatment after sustaining injuries in the shooting incident in Halpathota, Baddegama, has died, police said.
The woman had been admitted to hospital following the shooting, in which a group travelling in a three-wheeler was targeted by individuals who had arrived in a car.
Police have arrested three suspects in connection with the incident, while further investigations are being conducted by the Baddegama Police.
