The case was taken up before Colombo High Court Judge Udesh Ranatunga, said Ada Derana reporter.
Accordingly, former Minister Duminda Dissanayake and Aigul Sheragasina, a Kazakh national who has also been named as a defendant, appeared before the court.
The court ordered that the case be postponed until November 4 for pre-trial conferences, as the President’s Counsel appearing for the defence was indisposed.
