Former Minister Kumara Jayakody’s corruption case adjourned to November

The Colombo High Court has ordered that the corruption case filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) against former Minister Kumara Jayakody be called again on November 3 for further examination of evidence.

 

The case was taken up today (5) before Colombo High Court Judge Rashantha Godawela.

 

During today’s proceedings, evidence was recorded. 

 

The court subsequently adjourned the further examination of evidence until November 3, according to Ada Derana reporter.
