Patali invites MR for an open discussion on alleged LTTE deal

As I possess enough evidence I would testify against the former President on his alleged deals with the defeated terrorists, and even I would like to invite him for an open discussion in this regard, former Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka said.
The observation was made at a press conference held in Colombo, this afternoon (09).
“I possess each and every document to prove this,” he said.
However, Mahinda Rajapaksa, while responding to a question raised by a reporter at a press conference today, rejected claims that his government of giving money to the LTTE.
“Everybody knows who gave weapons to the LTTE. If I had given money to the LTTE I would not have taken much effort to try to defeat them,” said Rajapaksa.
