Three including Dilantha Malagamuwa indicted

Three individuals including international motor racing star Dilantha Malagamuwa were indicted by the Colombo High Court today (28).
Malagamuwa was indicted on charges of defrauding a Japanese businessman over the failure to settle a USD 600,000 debt, Ada Derana reporter said.
A notice had also been issued by the High Court to Malagamuwa to appear before the court over the case on March 23.
The case will be taken up for hearing again on June 23.
