19-year-old arrested with stock of ‘Ice’ in Ahungalla
A 19-year-old suspect has been arrested in possession of ‘Ice’ (crystal methamphetamine) during a raid conducted in the Galbokka area of the Ahungalla Police Division.
Police said officers attached to the Ahungalla Police Station carried out the raid yesterday (16) based on a tip-off.
The suspect was arrested while riding a motorcycle and was found in possession of 204 grams and 660 milligrams of the drug.
The suspect is a resident of Kosgoda, according to police.
Ahungalla Police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
