The submission of applications for Police Clearance Certificates through the online system has been temporarily suspended due to essential maintenance work being carried out on the Sri Lanka Police Clearance Computer System.
The public has already been informed of the procedure to be followed for submitting applications for Police Clearance Certificates until the online system is fully restored, the Police Media Division said in a statement.
In order to address inquiries and resolve issues currently encountered by applicants in relation to the Police Clearance Division, Police Headquarters has introduced three dedicated telephone numbers.
Applicants may contact the Special Operations Room at Police Headquarters, which operates 24 hours a day, through the following telephone numbers to report any issues or seek assistance regarding the submission of Police Clearance Certificate applications:

Accordingly, the Sri Lanka Police has urged the public to make use of these telephone numbers for any inquiries or assistance required in connection with Police Clearance Certificate applications.
