New High Court judges sworn in before Chief Justice

Three Justices who were recently appointed as High Court Judges have been sworn in before Chief Justice Preethi Padman Surasena today (25).

 

The swearing-in ceremony was held at the Chief Justice’s official chambers.

 

Judges P. Sivakumar, Anandi Kanagaratnam and Lalith Kannangara, who were appointed as High Court Judges, took their oaths before the Chief Justice.

 

The Secretary of the Judicial Service Commission Prasanna de Alwis was also present at the occasion.
