A no confidence motion to be brought against Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake, Parliamentarian Bandula Gunawardena said.

The observation was made at a press conference currently being held in Colombo.

However, Minister Karunanayake at a press conference held today (21) insisted the United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) to file the no-confidence motion that they are planning to present against him immediately.

“No issues. Ask them to file that no-confidence motion soon. But before that they better understand the real role of the opposition,” he said.
