2022 A/L results released

The results of the 2022 (2023) G.C.E. Advanced Level examination have been released online, the Department of Examination announced.

 

Accordingly, the results can be viewed on the following websites: www.doenets.lk.

 

A total of 232,797 school applicants and 31,136 private applicants had sat for the 2022 (2023) Advanced Level examination.

 

The Commissioner General of Examinations Amith Jayasundara stated that 149,487 school applicants have qualified for university admission while 17,451 private applicants have qualified for universities. 

 

Meanwhile the results of 84 candidates who had faced the exam have been suspended, he said. 

 

Furthermore, the Department of Examinations has announced that only the students who have faced the 2022 (2023) G.C.E. Advanced Level examination will be provided the opportunity to apply for the 2023 Advanced Level examination despite the deadline calling for applications for the examination ending.

 

Accordingly, the relevant applicants will be able to submit their applications for the 2023 Advanced Level examination through https://onlineexams.gov.lk/onlineapps/ from September 11 to September 16, 2023.

 

Moreover, the applications for the re-scrutiny of the 2022 (2023) Advanced Level examination can be submitted through https://onlineexams.gov.lk/eic from September 07 to September 16, 2023, according to the Examinations Department.
