Youth arrested with ‘Hash’ worth over Rs. 20 million in Ratmalana

A 29-year-old individual has been arrested in the Ratmalana area while in possession of a stock of ‘Hash’ estimated to be valued at over Rs. 20 million.

 

The arrest was made during a raid conducted by the Mount Lavinia Criminal Investigation Division based on received intelligence.

 

Police had recovered 3 kilograms and 125 grams of ‘Hash’ from the suspect's possession.

 

Further investigations into the incident are being carried out by the Mount Lavinia Criminal Investigation Division.
