The National Environmental (Amendment) Bill has been passed with a majority in Parliament.
Following the second reading of the bill, a division was called in Parliament today (24).
Accordingly, the Bill received 113 votes in favour and 10 votes against.
Following the second reading, the Committee Stage was held, after which the Bill was passed at the third reading with amendments.
