Shooting incident reported in Moratuwa
A shooting incident has been reported at Emanuel Mawatha in the Rawathawatta area in Moratuwa.
It is reported that two assailants on a motorcycle had opened fire, targeting a three-wheeler driver before fleeing the scene.
However, the three-wheeler driver has reportedly managed to escape unharmed.
The target of the shooting incident is said to be a resident of Angulana who is employed at the Moratuwa Municipal Council.
Moratuwa Police have launched investigations into the incident.
