23-year-old arrested with four T-Katas firearms in Dematagoda

A 23-year-old youth has been arrested by the Police Western Province North Crimes Division at Siridhamma Mawatha, Dematagoda along with four T-Katas firearms, according to police.

 

Investigations have revealed that the firearms in question belong to ‘Maleesha,’ the son of ‘Dematagoda Chaminda,’ who is currently on death row.

 

Further investigations into the incident are being conducted by a team of officers, under the direction of the Director of the Western Province North Crime Division.
