VIDEO: Negombo hospital murder case, doctor sentenced to death

The Negombo High Court today sentenced to death a doctor who was accused of sexually abusing a girl and pushing her to death from the 6th floor of the hospital in 2007.
Dr. Indika Sudarshan Balage, was accused in connection with the rape and the subsequent killing of 23-year-old, Chamila Dissanayake.
The victim was a resident of Moneragala who was employed at the Katunayake Export Processing Zone.
